This post should maybe be titled ‘What’s Not On at SBYouth’, cos this Friday (5th October 2007) there is no Encounter Friday Night Project, which we forgot to announce on Friday night past! (whoops!)…So basically this is just to remind you all not to turn up banging on the doors on the 5th Oct cos we wont be there!
BUT - Encounter is back on the following week, same time, same place 8.30pm, 12th October… see you there!
Just a quick heads up to let you all know that tomorrow night there will be a Youth service at SBC, with worship led by one of the youth bands, a talk and tea and coffee afterwards. Following the service we are launching an exciting new part of the Encounter Sunday night programme, which encourages all the youth, their parents, and any other people from the church (of whatever age!) to join with us in prayer for the youth work and its impact on peoples’ lives both inside and outside of the church!
It is planned that the service should end around 8pm (ish) and tea and coffee will be available until 8.45, when the prayer event will begin…
Hope to see you there! If you are part of another church and can’t make it - we hope you have a great night too, and keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we start on this exciting new journey…
